FAQ

How does the free trial work?
Sign up and we drop 50 credits into your account — 100 if you use a work email — with no credit card needed. Spend them on fresh Domain observations and on-demand runs; exports need a Starter plan or above. Search stays free even when they run out — pick a plan when you need more credits.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for what the API delivers to you. The search on this site is free, and so is every API preview — it quotes the count and the price before you buy. Then a search row costs 1 credit / result returned, a full profile 3 credits / profile returned, a fresh Domain observation 10 credits (0 if cached), an on-demand lobby-monitor run 10 credits / run, and exports are billed by result count.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual plans bill once and include 2 extra months of credits free — the lowest cost per credit. Credits arrive monthly either way; the annual plan pays for twelve months up front and releases a month's worth at a time. Monthly plans bill each month at standard rates. You can switch or top up anytime.
Do credits expire?
No. Each month's credits are added to your balance and stay there while your subscription is active — anything you do not use rolls forward, with no monthly use-it-or-lose-it reset. An annual plan is billed once and releases a month's credits at a time, so by the end of the year you have received every credit you paid for.
Is there a discount for high volume?
Enterprise pricing includes volume credit discounts, custom datasets, and SLAs. Startups and researchers can also apply for grant credits — mention it when you reach out.
How are the API, MCP, and CLI billed?
They all draw from your plan's credit balance — no separate metering. A search from the CLI costs the same as one from the dashboard.
