How does the free trial work?
Sign up and we drop 125 credits into your account — no credit card needed. Spend them on enrichments and exports however you like. Search stays free even when they run out — pick a plan when you need more credits.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for heavy operations — searching operators and reading profiles is free. A domain enrichment costs 10 credits (0 if cached), an on-demand lobby-monitor run is 10 credits / run, and exports are billed by result count. The change feed comes with your plan and doesn't use credits.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual plans bill once and include 2 extra months of credits free — the lowest cost per credit. Monthly plans bill each month at standard rates. You can switch or top up anytime.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are delivered upfront when your plan starts or renews, and stay in your balance while your subscription is active — yours to use at any pace, with no monthly use-it-or-lose-it reset.
Is there a discount for high volume?
Enterprise pricing includes volume credit discounts, custom datasets, and SLAs. Startups and researchers can also apply for grant credits — mention it when you reach out.
How are the API, MCP, and CLI billed?
They all draw from your plan's credit balance — no separate metering. A search from the CLI costs the same as one from the dashboard.
