What we will and will not claim
This dated snapshot is a lower bound of observed sites, not a census of Digitain customers or deployments. A domain is a technical observation, not a platform customer. A linked active-licensee company is a regulatory link, not a proven platform customer. A shared partner ID is one technical footprint candidate, not one customer per domain.
A licence is not proof of a live website. A public mention is not purchase intent. A Brand, employer, Licensee and operating organization stay separate until evidence supports the relationship.
